Role: The Client Services employee is responsible for providing pre-sales technical support to the sales department for Document Imaging related technologies and software applications. They are also responsible for performing the installation and training of integrated MFP’s, related technologies and software applications as well as post installation administration and technical support.

Skills/Requirements:
Desirable traits include experience and working knowledge of enterprise document imaging technologies including: business processes and workflow mapping, communication/network infrastructure, desktop and server operating systems and network and database applications. Must embrace continuing education to reach and maintain high levels of personal and professional success. Proficiency in basic math, written & oral communications and Microsoft Office are required. Industry certifications such as CDIA+ are desirable.
