Equipment Service Technician

Role: Service technicians visit customer locations throughout their territory to perform maintenance and repairs on MFPs, copiers and printers. It is important that our technicians have excellent communication and interpersonal skills because of the high level of interaction with our customers every day.

You will be joining a Platinum Level Service team that is held to Sharp’s highest standards. By becoming a Rhyme Service Technician we will give you all the tools and training necessary to meet these requirements and provide the best possible customer service. Our Service People have an average of 20 years of industry experience and we offer a collaborative environment where you can also learn from each other.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Previous experience with copiers/printers/computers preferred
  • High degree of technical and mechanical skills
  • Customer service expertise
  • Effective communication skills
  • Desire to learn about new products and services
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Previous Sharp training is preferred, but no experience in the field is necessary, we offer the finest on-going training programs in the industry and are committed to the growth of our people.
