We monitor how much you print and calculate the best time to ship out supplies for each device. Each device will have different print trends, and our experienced staff takes each print environment and its habits into consideration.

 

Important to note

 

Waste toner containers and staples are not monitored through this program and need to be ordered separately. 

The MFP product lines require a waste toner collector for most monochrome and all color MFPs. In these cases, the waste toner collectors are a separate item that require replacement by the client or emptying by a technician. A spare waste collector is sent out with every MFP when delivered. This will allow the user to remove a full waste collector when the MFP instructs them to do so. The full reusable collectors should be capped and placed behind the MFP for the technician to empty on the next service call. The spare waste collector should be installed into the MFP at that time.

*The reusable collectors will have a bright, neon yellow sticker applied to them that reads: “REUSABLE CONTAINER. PLEASE REMOVE AND COVER OPENING WITH CAP FROM LEFT SIDE. DO NOT THROW AWAY. SET BEHIND MACHINE FOR TECHNICIAN TO EMPTY.”

What Part Do Customers Play In Helping Rhyme Make The Program A Success?

 

  • Be sure to place all toner with the corresponding printer ID noted on your packing slip.
  • Always allow your device to completely empty of toner before installing a new toner.
  • Has your printer moved? Please be sure to let Rhyme know so that we may update our shipping address.
  • Planning a large print job? We can better account for a sudden increase in volume and adjust your toner shipments accordingly if you let us know!
  • To avoid unnecessary Help Desk calls please make sure your printer (and desktop if FMAudit is installed) is powered on for at least 4 hours a day.
  • Do not manually order toner as these are flagged for review. If you have a downed machine or feel you have not received the needed toner, please reach out to the Rhyme Fleet Services Specialist directly.

 

**If your latest toner has been shipped and signed for upon delivery but is later lost or misplaced, requiring a second shipment, your company may incur additional charges.
