These awards are achieved from various entities, some from manufacturers themselves, and others from third-party evaluators who rank the best service providers nationwide.
Rhyme has been a partner with Xerox since 2018 and has already received several awards and certificates. In 2024, Rhyme received a Certificate of Accreditation from Xerox as a Master Elite Accredited Managed Print Service Partner, placing Rhyme as one of 4 Xerox partners in the US to reach this level. The Xerox MPS Accreditation program is available to a select group of partners who demonstrate MPS expertise and business revenue growth. To become accredited, you have to meet multiple requirements including extensive training and certifications for members of the Sales, Consultation, and Operations teams.
Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America has recognized Rhyme as a Hyakuman Kai Elite Dealer. Sharp awards Hyakuman Kai Elite status to dealers that have shown exceptional sales and sales growth over the past year. Rhyme is part of the 2% of dealers in the United States to receive this status out of over 500 dealers nationwide.

Service technicians at Rhyme have to go through extensive training before being able to service any machine in the field. Service technicians complete this training at manufacturer training locations throughout the country for Xerox, Kyocera, and Sharp devices. The technicians become certified to service all types of devices from each manufacturer including production devices, multifunction printers, and A4 devices. This enables our technicians to perform service accurately and efficiently which in turn reduces any downtime due to service, and increases the amount of time between service visits.
