Easy to Maintain

With high-speed continuous feed technology and full front access, it can’t get any easier to maintain this production printing system. Quick and easy access to components, and easy to replace consumables ensures minimal downtime is achieved every time maintenance occurs.

The high-speed continuous feed technology has several features that keep productivity up including a transport path designed for feed reliability, a guide mechanism to help reduce smearing, and a transport roller system. The device also has a Contact Image Sensor (CIS) and Skew Detection Sensor that ensure paper is transported correctly, as well as a paper processing indicator that automatically guides misfeeds to a purge tray.

Non-Stop Production

The Kyocera TASKalfa Pro 15000c is capable of printing 150 A4 pages per minute and ensures accuracy and reliability with each job. This is accomplished through a high-speed non-stop production system that uses Kyocera’s UFTB and IEMS technology.

UFTB Print Head

The Ultra Fine Trident Bar (UFTB) is the widest inkjet print head in the industry. It’s the assembly of three print heads and was designed with accuracy and reliability in mind to ensure that each print is as high quality as the rest.

IEMS Technologies

Kyocera’s innovative Ink Ejection Maintenance System (IEMS) optimizes print through the ceaseless maintenance of the print heads. The technology includes a cleaning liquid system, wiping system, and capping system ensuring print quality is maintained and that minimal downtime occurs. The capping system prevents nozzle clogging and preserves the condition of the print head.

System Controllers

The TASKalfa Pro 15000c comes with the TASKalfa Pro Controller by default, but can optionally be installed with the EFI Fiery Print Server Controller as well. EFI offers print applications that can be used to achieve different requirements for our unique business objectives.
