2017 A Year In Review

What Happened in 2017?

  • We partnered with the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh as their new Office Technology partner for the Titan Athletic Department. To improve the overall workflow and capabilities of the Athletic Department Rhyme installed two new multifunction units at both Kolf Sports Center and Titan Stadium.
  • Our Service Department was awarded the Gold Office Technology Service Excellence Award. In addition to receiving the Gold Award for the entire Service Department, Rhyme has 14 technicians that were individually recognized including: 5 Diamond Level, 7 Platinum Level, and 2 Gold Level Service Excellence recipients.
  • In August we acquired Shadow Fax of Madison, WI. Shadow Fax served their customers for 30 years and we’re looking forward to continuing relationships with those customers. This acquisition marks the 21st local business that has joined Rhyme to help grow our roots in Wisconsin.
  • 2017 Elite DealerRhyme was selected as a 2017 Elite Dealer by ENX Magazine and The Week In Imaging. The Elite Dealers were selected based on numerous criteria, including growth initiatives, innovative marketing programs, outstanding customer service, charitable contributions to the community, progressive workplace cultures and adaptability to an ever-changing market.
  • Our growth lead to the addition of 19 new people to our team! Every year we are determined to get better at what we do and our people are constantly learning and continuing their education in order to better serve our customers.
  • One of our top priorities year after year is to grow our level of community involvement and support. Notable community involvement moments from 2017 included:
  • Waterfest OshkoshThe 17th Annual Lee Lake Polar Bear Plunge raised $22,500 this past February bringing the 17-year total to over $280,000 for cancer research!!
  • Raising over $25,000 at the 9th Annual Steve Ennis Memorial Golf Classic, and awarding over 30 scholarships to graduating seniors!
