Comprehensive profiles of the 123 dealer honorees will be featured in the December issue of ENX Magazine.

While the office technology reseller sector is still hamstrung by the after-effects of the pandemic that have added downward pressure on revenue performance, this edition of the annual who’s who among U.S. dealers is a clear indication that many of the industry’s top performers are equaling (and in some cases, eclipsing) pre-pandemic sales and profitability levels. The 2022 list is inclusive of all levels of sales volume, from $2.5-million performers to hundred-million-dollar giants.

Rhyme has consistently been recognized among the nation’s top office technology dealerships as an Elite Dealer because of their commitment to innovation, service and the consultative partnership they create with their clients.

Each year, ENX Magazine judges Elite Dealer applicants on a number of criteria, from technical service excellence to marketing proficiency, growth initiatives, technology leadership, industry accolades and philanthropy. Those dealers chosen are profiled in the December issue of ENX Magazine.

“Perhaps the most significant takeaway from this year’s list is the notion that dealers were well prepared to venture into new, untapped areas of revenue, which has helped to bridge the sales delta in the face of continuously declining print volumes and the increasing need of hybrid solutions,” said Susan Neimes, publisher and managing editor of ENX Magazine and ENX The Week in Imaging. “This resourcefulness had begun to take hold even prior to the pandemic, but as the smoke clears to reveal the changing business landscape, it will continue to serve the dealer community well as it pushes forward into a new era of client engagement.”

Added Erik Cagle, editorial director of ENX Magazine, “Product diversification has proven an effective elixir for growth beyond unit hardware. Dealers have also ramped up their marketing outreach initiatives and embraced new tools that can identify end-users who are seeking traditional and ancillary business-enhancement solutions. In the end, those resellers who can assume a consultative role with their clients and shine a light on the full breadth of products and services that can meet their end-users’ objectives will continue to dominate in their markets, regardless of the flavor of technology offerings.”
