Rhyme Earns Sharp AAA Platinum Level Recognition for Third Consecutive Year
Rhyme has been recognized by Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America as a 2025 Platinum Level Service Dealer. Sharp awards Platinum Level Service status to outstanding dealers that have exceeded performance benchmarks and implemented industry best practices throughout the year.
Among approximately 365 Sharp dealerships across the United States invited to participate in the program, only 101 earned a service recognition in 2025. Of those recognized dealers, just 24 achieved the prestigious AAA Platinum Level designation—representing roughly 23% of recognized dealers and only 6.5% of all eligible Sharp dealerships nationwide.
This achievement also marks Rhyme's third consecutive year earning AAA Platinum Level status, having received the recognition in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
The program recognizes and rewards service organizations for exceeding performance benchmarks and implementing industry best practices. In order to make the list, organizations must show excellence in the following critical areas of service delivery:
- Using genuine Sharp parts and supplies
- Commitment to training
- Using remote diagnostic technology, and
- Timely updating of call tracking tickets
Rhyme is happy to celebrate our service department in earning the AAA Rating of the Platinum Level Service Award, a rating only a select few of Sharp's dealers earned.
