Madison, Wis. (October 16, 2019) – Rhyme, an office technology and IT services provider, has received a Certificate of Accreditation from Xerox as an Accredited Managed Print Services Partner.
The Xerox MPS Accreditation Program is available to a select group of channel partners who demonstrate MPS expertise, as well as business revenue growth. Rhyme had to meet multiple requirements in order to become accredited as a Master MPS Partner, including certified training for members of the Rhyme Sales, Consultation and Operations teams.
“It takes considerable time and effort invested to achieve accreditation, and demonstrate the commitment and competency needed to deliver the highest standard of service to your customers. Rhyme’s investment in Managed Print differentiates them in the competitive MPS marketplace, stated Jim Joyce, Vice President, MPS, U.S. Channels Unit at Xerox. Partners such as Rhyme are at the heart of the Xerox small and medium business MPS initiative.”

We feel that our partnership with Xerox, and combined expertise, can help customers of all sizes improve productivity, maximize profitability, and increase satisfaction.”
“Being a Xerox accredited MPS dealership means we have software tools for mapping devices and analyzing a prospect’s print environment that will set us apart from ANY of our competition, said Gregg Bushner, Client Services at Rhyme. I am excited to be able to use these tools to help our clients.”
