Both current and historical service and equipment performance data is collected directly from the dealership and undergoes rigorous audit by BEI Services. In order to retain our award status Rhyme has committed to ongoing monitoring to ensure that our customer experience is consistent.
In addition to receiving the Gold Award for the entire Service Department, Rhyme has 14 technicians that were individually recognized including: 5 Diamond Level, 7 Platinum Level, and 2 Gold Level Service Excellence recipients.
