Rhyme Year in Review - A Look Back and Ahead
Rhyme’s mission has always been to be your partner for total business solutions, and this past year was no different. This past year, we’ve worked to accomplish this through continued development and training of our people, adding on additional talent, continuing to create content that serves to educate and inform our clients, and offering the latest technologies and solutions, while upholding a high quality of service, to improve workflows and help achieve your business goals.
This December marks one-year since the creation of the Rhyme Learning Hub. This page on our website is home to tons of educational content and a constantly growing video library of client case studies, how-to and tips & tricks videos, video series on Rhyme’s Managed IT and Managed Print Services, and so much more.
Rhyme was selected as a 2022 Elite Dealer by ENX Magazine. Honorees were selected based on numerous criteria, including industry awards and recognitions, finding new tools to educate and inform clients, being a thought-leader of the industry, creating an enjoyable work environment, and reimagining what it takes to become a true one-stop shop dealer for business solutions.
This year, Rhyme was recognized as an Elite Dealer for our 67% growth in production equipment sales, our digital strategy, recruitment initiatives, MPS expertise, and charitable contributions, including a $50,000 donation to the Boys & Girls Club of West Central Wisconsin to support their goal of opening a club in Portage, WI.
What does our growth & success look like?
Rhyme continues to grow and added several talented people to our staff in 2022. We added 14 new people to our team in sales, service, IT, and administrative roles! Every year we are determined to get better at what we do and have the team in place to support our growing number of clients.
Community Involvement
Rhyme matched donations raised by our employees for many local causes this past holiday season, including the Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign. Rhyme also created a Holiday Giveback Campaign where we donated office equipment to 15 local non-profits throughout the state.
Steve Ennis Memorial Golf Classic
The event raised $20K this year, which brings our 14-year total to over $242K. Every year Rhyme gives out scholarships to students that have been touched by cancer. We do this in honor of Steve Ennis and Jack Steinhoff; two men that always represented Hard Work – Determination – Optimism and “Making Every Day Count”.
10 recipients were chosen to receive scholarships for 2022. We have now awarded 80 scholarships to date, bringing our 13-year total to $105,000 given to students!
Lee Lake Polar Bear Plunge 2022
The Lee Lake Polar Bear Plunge celebrated its 22nd year, bringing the event back to in-person. The Polar Plunge benefits the American Cancer Society and G.R.A.C.E. The event raised over $30k in total this year, with the Rhyme Time group raising over $8k through donations, pledges, and purchasing auction items. This brings the 22-year total for the event to over $430k!
