As the coronavirus event continues to unfold in the U.S., Rhyme plans to remain fully operational in our offices. We are carefully monitoring updates by the CDC, our leadership team is meeting frequently to assess the unfolding situation, and we are taking the necessary steps to ensure safety and continuity.
We plan to tailor some of our processes to best meet the needs of our clients and better prepare ourselves to support you with the least amount of disruption. Our sales staff is working to offer remote web meetings for clients that wish to change from in-person meetings. Our service staff is taking all necessary precautions to be safe and healthy when out servicing our clients who are open for business.
We are not experiencing any document imaging supply (toner and parts) inventory issues at this time and plan to be prepared to support our clients needs. You do not need to order more supplies to have on hand, our staff is closely monitoring toner usage and supply and will fulfill orders as usual. - As a reminder, we have limited to no stock on disinfectants, masks, tissue products and soaps, and will notify clients who placed orders when items come back in stock.-
In order to continue serving our clients, we are taking steps as a company to keep our employees and clients safe. Both delivery drivers and service technicians are frequently cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, washing their hands and sanitizing, and limiting contact and social interaction to practice social distancing when at clients' workplaces.
Some useful steps we think our clients can take as well are, using your own pen when signing off on deliveries and service, and practicing social distancing when Rhyme employees are at your workplace.
From the onset of this situation, we have been listening to the appropriate sources for accurate and up-to-date information, and our preparedness plan reflects those inputs. As things evolve, we are actively monitoring the situation and assessing risks, and are ready to implement immediate changes to ensure a high level of safety. We will continue to communicate with you in a timely and transparent way so you can continue to work with us with confidence.
Lastly, know we're here to help, in any way we can, so just ask. We know many organizations will be facing budget restrictions and will be looking for more ways to reduce expenses. Many workplaces now also need to quickly implement new processes for remote work. Our staff can help implement a work-from-home workforce and provide assessments of your entire organization and looks for ways to reduce expenses. If you would like to learn more and have a conversation about our process, contact us today.
The health and well-being of our employees, vendors, clients, and communities is our top priority. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about our operations. We look forward to serving you.

One area where companies can make a meaningful difference is through structured recycling programs for office equipment consumables. In this blog, we examine how our trusted vendors—Sharp, Kyocera, Xerox, HP, Copystar, and Lexmark—have developed innovative ink and toner recycling initiatives. These programs not only reduce waste but also promote a more sustainable business environment. Let’s explore how these brands are making it easier for you to contribute to a greener future.
