As 2024 comes to a close, we’re proud to reflect on the milestones, growth, and community contributions that have defined our year. From exciting office renovations to impactful wellness initiatives, this year has been one for the books!
This year, Rhyme underwent significant physical and operational transformations. In Brookfield, we completed an extensive office renovation, creating a refreshed and welcoming environment for our employees and clients alike. To celebrate, we hosted an Open House and Technology Showcase, where local businesses explored the latest advancements in managed IT, managed print, and production print. These sessions not only showcased our expertise but also underscored our dedication to empowering businesses with cutting-edge solutions.
Meanwhile, at our Portage headquarters, a monumental remodel is nearing completion. This project includes a state-of-the-art demo room designed to give clients hands-on experiences with a wide range of office technology, including high-performance production devices. This new space exemplifies our commitment to staying at the forefront of innovation while enhancing the client experience.
This year marked a significant milestone for Rhyme as we celebrated Mike Steinhoff's 25th anniversary as President and owner. Over the past 25 years, Mike has led Rhyme through significant growth as an independent dealer, all while maintaining a steadfast commitment to our customers, employees, and community. His vision and dedication have been instrumental in guiding Rhyme through decades of growth and transformation.
Mike’s journey was celebrated across the company, reflecting on the incredible impact he’s had on the business, our culture, and the communities we serve. You can read more about Mike’s 25-year journey and legacy here.
At Rhyme, we understand that a strong team starts with a healthy, connected, and thriving workplace. This year, we launched our Health & Wellness Program, designed to foster well-being through quarterly events, monthly resources, and a focus on giving back to the community.
Our wellness events kicked off with Laughter Yoga in partnership with Gilda’s Club of Madison, giving employees tools to de-stress while learning about the club’s incredible services. In the second quarter, we partnered with NAMI Wisconsin for a session on mental health and workplace wellness, equipping our team with resources to find balance and harmony.
In May, we turned our attention outward with the Rhyme Week of Caring, a dedicated week of service. Teams volunteered at the Oshkosh Area Community Pantry, Portage River Haven Shelter, and Habitat for Humanity of Dane County. The result? A record-breaking number of employees utilizing their Volunteer Time Off and a deepened sense of purpose across our organization.
Rhyme’s commitment to the community extends well beyond our office walls. This year, we strengthened partnerships with organizations that align with our values:
We’re proud to support the next generation through scholarships and donations that help create opportunities for young people.
The Steve Ennis Memorial Golf Classic, now in its 16th year, was a tremendous success. Thanks to the generosity of our participants, donors, and sponsors, this year’s event raised over $50,000—the highest amount to date—bringing the total raised to over $300,000. This year, we awarded 15 scholarships to students whose families have been affected by cancer, bringing our total to 112 scholarships over the years.
Additionally, Rhyme contributed $50,000 to the Boys & Girls Club of Janesville’s Capital and Endowment Campaign to support the development of a new facility for local youth. Other notable contributions included $30,000 to the Children’s Museum of Rock County and $20,000 to Faith Community Church Community Kitchen.
Rhyme was once again recognized as an ENX Elite Dealer, an honor that celebrates our dedication to excellence, from innovative technology leadership to impactful community service. This recognition highlights the hard work of our team and inspires us to continue setting the standard for office technology solutions.
As the year wrapped up, we embraced the spirit of giving with initiatives like our MFP Donations to Non-Profits and the Tech Deals Local Meals campaign, ensuring businesses could upgrade their technology while giving back to their communities.
As we close the book on an incredible 2024, we extend our deepest gratitude to our employees, customers, and community partners. Your support makes all of this possible, and we’re excited to embark on another year of growth, innovation, and community impact.
Together, let’s make 2025 a year to remember. Happy New Year!
