ENX Magazine has announced that Rhyme is one of 118 companies selected as a 2024 Elite Dealer. The Elite Dealer designation is awarded based on a variety of criteria, including technical service excellence, marketing proficiency, growth initiatives, technology leadership, industry recognition, and community philanthropic efforts. Dealers honored with this title are profiled in the December issue of ENX Magazine, a publication where Rhyme has been recognized multiple times over the years.

This year, Rhyme celebrated the 25th anniversary of Mike Steinhoff’s ownership. Over the years, Rhyme has consistently driven growth, expanded its reach, and positioned itself as a total solutions provider for its clients, all while giving back through charitable initiatives. "At Rhyme, when we set a goal, we are relentless in pursuing it. Our dedicated and compassionate team members are the true difference makers. Helping people is what excites me to start every day," said Kendall Steinhoff, Director of Sales & Marketing.

“The last couple of years we have seen significant growth and with that comes some challenges. We’ve renovated and expanded three facilities in the past 12-months, with more to come, so looking forward, we’re better suited for that growth. I want to give recognition to all our teams (Admin, Services, Sales & Marketing), they put in a lot of work in 2024. As we continue on our path to become a top Managed Services provider, 2025 and beyond will be both fun and rewarding!"

“Our Elite Dealers roster continues to establish new, higher standards year after year, and 2024 is no exception,” said Susan Neimes, publisher and managing editor of ENX Magazine and ENX The Week In Imaging. “While last year’s growth was considered an outlier due to pent-up market demand, annual revenues continue to soar. From managed services to product diversifications, Elite Dealers continue to redefine themselves as solutions providers rather than being pigeon-holed as mere purveyors of copiers and MFPs. These dealers also continue to step outside their comfort zone in taking on non-traditional products that can be offered across their full client list. These companies are the ideal, the standard-bearer for what it means to be an impactful office technology dealer.”
