Rhyme Community Impact Report 2025

Investing Where It Matters Most

At Rhyme, community has always been part of our foundation. Since 1886, we’ve believed that strong businesses help build strong communities—and in 2025, that commitment showed up in measurable ways.

From supporting local organizations to expanding our presence across Wisconsin, our focus remains the same: invest in people, strengthen communities, and create long-term impact.

2025 Community Impact by the Numbers

OVER $200,000 INVESTED IN OUR COMMUNITIES

  • $95,785+ in donations
  • $82,429+ in sponsorships
  • $24,000 in scholarships awarded
  • 67 volunteer hours
  • $23,500 raised at SEMGC

Includes donations, sponsorships, and scholarships awarded through the Rhyme Time program.

Giving Back Through Donations & Sponsorships

In 2025, Rhyme invested over $200,000 back into the community through donations, sponsorships, and scholarships.

These contributions supported local nonprofits, schools, community programs, and events that make a lasting impact in the communities we serve.

Investing in the Next Generation

At the core of Rhyme’s community impact is a simple belief: when you invest in people early, you create stronger communities long-term.

That’s why many of our largest contributions in 2025 focused on organizations that support children, education, and future opportunities.

Highlighted 2025 Contributions

  • $25,000 — Boys & Girls Club of Janesville (Capital & Endowment Campaign)
  • $10,000 — Children’s Museum of Rock County (Capital Campaign)
  • $10,000 — Portage High School ACE Academy
  • $5,000 — Boys & Girls Club of West Central WI

These investments reflect our commitment to supporting youth development, education, and access to opportunities that create lasting impact.

Investing in Education Through Rhyme Time & SEMGC

Education continues to be one of our most meaningful areas of impact.

Through the Rhyme Time Scholarship Program and the Steve Ennis Memorial Golf Classic (SEMGC):

  • $23,500 raised in 2025
  • $24,000 awarded to 17 scholarship recipients in 2025
  • 129 scholarships awarded to date
  • $168,000+ invested in student futures

This long-standing commitment reflects our belief in supporting the next generation.

Employee Volunteer Impact

Our people are at the heart of our community impact.

  • 67 volunteer hours logged in 2025

Through our Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program, employees are empowered to give back to causes they care about—supporting local organizations and strengthening the communities where we live and work.

Community Partnerships That Matter

Rhyme continues to support organizations that play a vital role in strengthening our communities, including:

  • Gilda’s Club
  • United Way
  • Boys & Girls Clubs across the region
  • The Salvation Army
  • YWCA

By focusing on upstream support—investing in children, families, and community resources—we believe we can help create positive outcomes that last for generations.

BeHerd Night for a Cause

Our partnership with the Wisconsin Herd continues to bring awareness to mental health and suicide prevention through our annual BeHerd Night in support of NAMI Oshkosh.

It’s a powerful example of how partnerships can bring people together for something bigger than business.

Local Sports, Local Impact

Rhyme proudly supports organizations that bring communities together, including:

  • Milwaukee Brewers
  • Madison Mallards
  • Fond du Lac Dock Spiders
  • Wisconsin Timber Rattlers
  • Wisconsin Herd
  • Forward Madison FC
  • UW Oshkosh Athletic Department
  • Local high school athletics

These partnerships help create shared experiences and strengthen community connections across the region.

Investing in Local Communities

Our commitment goes beyond sponsorships—it includes investing directly in the communities we serve.

As a locally owned and operated company, Rhyme doesn’t just work in these communities—we’re part of them.

Our employees live here, our customers are our neighbors, and our success is tied to the strength of the local economy.

In 2025, we continued to grow our presence with new, expanded offices in Janesville and Portage, reinforcing our commitment to accessibility and long-term partnership.

From office renovations and buildouts to signage, furnishings, and ongoing operations, each location represents an investment back into the local business ecosystem—supporting contractors, vendors, and service providers throughout the region.

When businesses choose to work with Rhyme, they’re not just choosing a provider—they’re supporting a local network that keeps dollars circulating within the communities we all share.

Beyond the Device. Beyond the Business.

Community impact isn’t a campaign—it’s part of who we are.

From financial investment to volunteerism and education, we’re proud to support the communities that have supported us for nearly 140 years.

And we’re just getting started.
