Supporting Students, Honoring Legacies

Rhyme Time Scholarship Class of 2025

Now in its 17th year, the Steve Ennis Memorial Golf Classic continues to be the heart of our scholarship fundraising efforts. This year, we were proud to award 17 scholarships to remarkable students whose lives have been impacted by cancer. These students, selected for their strength and perseverance, inspire us with their stories.

Congratulations to our 2025 recipients from across Wisconsin—including students from Portage, Janesville, Monroe, Lodi, Middleton, Milton, and more. We wish you the very best in all your future endeavors!

Farewell to the Lee Lake Polar Bear Plunge

After 25 incredible years, 2025 marked the final chapter of the Lee Lake Polar Bear Plunge in Cazenovia, WI. The Rhyme Time team showed up in full force, raising over $20,000—a record-breaking contribution to the $55,000+ raised overall for the American Cancer Society and G.R.A.C.E. This brings the event’s lifetime total to more than $575,000 in support of cancer care and research.

To everyone who’s plunged, pledged, or cheered over the years: thank you. Your generosity has made a lasting impact.

30 Years Strong with GreatAmerica

In April, we proudly celebrated 30 years and over $100 million in funding with our long-time partners at GreatAmerica Financial Services. The GreatAmerica team surprised us at our Portage HQ with a special visit and gift to commemorate the milestone—highlighting a partnership built on trust, service, and shared success.

A Fresh New Look for Office Products

Earlier this year, we launched our revamped Office Products ecommerce website! With easier navigation, a cleaner layout, and updated features, our customers can now shop smarter and faster with an improved online experience.

Giving Back & Getting Involved

As part of our commitment to community wellness, Rhyme employees have continued to show up at events across Wisconsin and Illinois. A few of the standout moments from the first half of the year include:

· BeHerd Night with the Wisconsin Herd – For the second year, we sponsored this special game night benefiting NAMI Oshkosh, helping raise awareness around suicide prevention and mental health.

· Friday Fuel Up in Portage – In partnership with the Portage Area Chamber of Commerce, we invited community members into our newly remodeled Production Garage and Showroom for coffee, conversation, and connection.

· Event Participation & Support – We proudly showed our support at a wide range of community events including:

o Shamrock Shuffle with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County

o YWCA Madison Circle Luncheon

o Oshkosh Area United Way Community Impact Event

o Boys & Girls Club Wine Feast (Oshkosh) & Golf Outing (Janesville)

Growing Our Team & Developing Talent

Rhyme has welcomed 15 new team members in the first half of 2025 and is currently looking to fill additional positions in both our Sales and Service departments. We’re committed to continuous improvement—both in how we serve our customers and in how we support and develop our people.

In particular, we’re focused on investing in the next generation of talent within our Service department. Through apprenticeship-style programs and on-the-job training, we’re creating opportunities for young professionals to build rewarding careers in the office technology industry.
