FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We are currently seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our Platinum Level Service Team and service our clients. Qualified candidates for this position will have previous experience repairing copiers and printers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues on office equipment at client locations and facilities.
  • Inspect equipment and perform preventative maintenance on every call to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
  • Document work performed on equipment, including all parts installed, by thoroughly and accurately entering data into mobile app.
  • Communicate with Dispatch and utilize mobile app to plan and organize daily service calls.
  • Travel to client locations to complete repairs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Responsible for maintaining parts inventory by reporting parts used and verifying receipt of proper restock.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous professional experience repairing copiers and printers is preferred.
  • Experienced and certified with Xerox, Sharp, and/or Kyocera preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills.
  • Effective and professional communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adjust with changing demands of the job.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability.
  • Basic electrical/electronics knowledge.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
