Customer Service/ Dispatcher

We are currently seeking an Customer Service/Dispatcher for the Milwaukee Area. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who has excellent customer service, organization, and enough technical know-how required to prioritize various technical projects, alerts and customer reported issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to incoming calls and create electronic service tickets as requested by clients and internal personnel.
  • Assign, schedule, and route service calls to appropriate technicians, considering geographic location and skills and knowledge.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues, over the phone, with clients to prevent the need for a service call.
  • Communicate and follow-up with clients on technician availability and service call scheduling.
  • Coordinate parts runs to reduce hold-for-parts calls and increase same-day-completion rate.
  • Work with technicians and the Inventory Specialist to order parts not currently in stock.
  • Schedule field technicians to provide support for in-house setups and repairs, training, and installs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to grasp new technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong focus and attention to detail.
  • Ability to be assertive and direct the work of others.
