Providing Managed Print Services to clients is a large part of what we do. In this blog, we’ll give you an inside look at who we are, our approach to customer service, and how we support our Document Imaging clients. If you’re based in Madison, we’ll also introduce you to the team members you may interact with, and explain when and how you’ll engage with them, whether you’re interested in exploring our solutions or are already a valued customer. 


 

Little bit of Rhyme History 

For over 135 years we have been helping people and organizations of all types and sizes meet their goals. Our products and services have changed a lot over the years, but one thing remains that same, our commitment to what’s important, the customer. Rhyme has earned the reputation of an award-winning company by being dedicated to the “little things” and always doing what’s right, no matter what.  

In 1946, William Rhyme officially branched out Rhyme Supply Company, a typewriter and office machine shop. Since then, we have partnered with the world's most innovative companies to deliver our customers the best and most efficient technology solutions.

Madison is just one of Rhyme’s locations, each staffed by incredible individuals dedicated to ensuring your business's success. Here are some insights from a group of our committed team members who play a key role in supporting our Madison Document Imaging services. As you work with us, you'll likely interact with each of these team members. 

Madison Office Tour Client Managers – Ben & Cole 

Our Madison Client Managers, Ben and Cole, are here to support you throughout your journey with Rhyme. They are committed to optimizing your Managed IT and Print solution, whether that means introducing new devices, implementing programs like PaperCut, or enrolling you in our Auto Toner Replenishment program. Their ultimate goal is to help your business thrive. 

Regional Sales Manager – Hogan  

Hogan works closely with the West Region Sales Team to ensure that all clients are taken care of. In addition to supporting the Sales Team, he frequently collaborates with Marketing, Admin, Service, Contracting, and Leadership to ensure we are all working toward the same goals. 

Client ServiceJon 

Jon works with our clients from the introduction meeting through ongoing service and support. He collaborates with client managers and organizations to design solutions, conduct technical demonstrations, run testing and proof of concepts, and oversee the installation and implementation of new equipment and software. Additionally, Jon plays a crucial role in handling escalated service and support requests, assisting the service team with challenging tickets. 

Service Technicians – Don, Matt & Paul

Don, Matt, and Paul are just a few of the technicians serving the Madison area whom you may encounter. They follow a comprehensive multi-point checklist to ensure your equipment is operating at its best. If they identify any additional repairs or replacements needed, they’ll address them on-site rather than scheduling a return visit. Since they don’t operate within a parts budget, they have the flexibility to ensure your hardware functions optimally without compromise.

Dispatch Coordinator – Teresa  

Teresa is one of our service dispatchers. She coordinates the deployment of Service Technicians out to you if you are having issues with your device(s). Teresa works closely with the Service team and helps you connect with your Client Manager if a different device might better meet your needs. 

Senior Help Desk Technician – Mark

Mark, our Senior Help Desk Technician, plays a crucial role both before and after the installation of devices. During the pre-implementation phase, he ensures devices are properly configured and ready for deployment. Post-installation, Mark works closely with clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues remotely or over the phone. 

Additionally, he handles complex account matters, including PaperCut and Print Server support. Mark also trains our Installation Technicians on various topics, equipping them to address client questions more effectively during installations. 

 

Each team member brings their own unique expertise and perspective, offering a behind-the-scenes glimpse into how we deliver top-notch service and solutions for you. While these are the individuals you'll interact with most frequently, they’re supported by an entire team of 100+ people working diligently in the background to ensure we achieve our shared goals.
