
PRINTING United Expo 2026 brought the print community together in Las Vegas for an inside look at the technology, ideas, and possibilities shaping the future of the industry. From production presses and inkjet technology to workflow automation, AI, and finishing solutions, the show floor demonstrated how innovation continues to create new opportunities for print providers. Just as importantly, the expo brought together manufacturers, partners, and industry professionals to share ideas, build relationships, and explore what’s next for print.

Sharp hit it out of the park for this year’s Printing United, introducing two new devices, having big partnership, and more. Their new 85 and 100 ppm production machines showcasing their new technology while emphasizing how automation, workflow, color, embellishment, and production come together to create opportunity.
Day two of the show featured guest celebrity, Baseball Hall of Famer Mariano Rivera, bringing awareness to the Mariano Foundation that Sharp has partnered with to help underserved youth build brighter futures through mentorship, education, and career opportunity.

Xerox brought its “One Portfolio – Every Print Opportunity” approach to PRINTING United Expo, showcasing a range of production print and workflow solutions designed to help print providers improve productivity, automation, and efficiency. Highlights included the Xerox® C9200 with five-color capabilities, the Proficio™ PX300 and PX500, and the Xerox® IJP900 Inkjet Press.
Xerox also put a focus on software and AI, including Proficio technology with AI integrated within the print heads and software solutions designed to streamline workflow and automation. Rounding out the booth was Xerox Empress Studio, developed in partnership with Adobe. Demonstrations focused on the ways AI, workflow, and production technology can create new opportunities for print providers.

Kyocera brought innovation and inspiration to PRINTING United Expo, showcasing its latest production print technology and giving attendees a closer look at what’s next for Kyocera commercial printing. The booth featured two new production print devices, the TASKalfa Pro 15000b and TASKalfa Pro Tandem, along with live demonstrations of Kyocera’s industry-leading inkjet technology. Attendees also had the opportunity to connect one-on-one with Kyocera’s commercial printing experts to explore solutions and discuss opportunities for their businesses.
